Add a domain
Register a new email domain on the mail server. After it's added, set the DNS records shown below at your registrar, then create mailboxes for it.
How to add a domain — step by step
- Type the domain above and click Add domain. This registers it on the mail server and auto-generates its DKIM key.
- Go to your domain registrar (e.g. Namecheap → Advanced DNS) and add these DNS records (exact values, including the DKIM one, are shown here after step 1):
- A
@→72.62.78.50 - MX
@→mail.our3201.online(priority 10) - TXT (SPF)
@→v=spf1 mx ~all - TXT (DMARC)
_dmarc→v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:postmaster@yourdomain - TXT (DKIM)
dkim._domainkey→ the value shown after step 1
- A
- Wait a few minutes for DNS to propagate (can take up to a few hours).
- Come back here and use Create a mailbox below to add mailboxes on the new domain — it will appear in the domain dropdown.
- Optional: in Mailcow admin (
mail.our3201.online/admin) you can check the domain's DKIM/SPF status and deliverability.
