Add a domain
Register a new email domain on the mail server. After it's added, set the DNS records shown below at your registrar, then create mailboxes for it.
How to add a domain — step by step
  1. Type the domain above and click Add domain. This registers it on the mail server and auto-generates its DKIM key.
  2. Go to your domain registrar (e.g. Namecheap → Advanced DNS) and add these DNS records (exact values, including the DKIM one, are shown here after step 1):
    • A  @ → 72.62.78.50
    • MX  @ → mail.our3201.online (priority 10)
    • TXT (SPF)  @ → v=spf1 mx ~all
    • TXT (DMARC)  _dmarc → v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:postmaster@yourdomain
    • TXT (DKIM)  dkim._domainkey → the value shown after step 1
  3. Wait a few minutes for DNS to propagate (can take up to a few hours).
  4. Come back here and use Create a mailbox below to add mailboxes on the new domain — it will appear in the domain dropdown.
  5. Optional: in Mailcow admin (mail.our3201.online/admin) you can check the domain's DKIM/SPF status and deliverability.
